About Greg Coakley: The Health Portfolio Manager

For three decades, I was the go-to tactical coach for major touring musicians, keeping them physically able to perform night after night. But in 2019, I had a massive wake-up call, the stroke of a dear friend and artist I had coached for years, changed everything.

I realized that for all my work on fitness and performance, his overall Health Portfolio was bankrupt. I saw a pattern everywhere: brilliant, successful people who meticulously manage their careers and finances, yet treat their most valuable asset, their health, as a total afterthought, making only random, unstrategic "deposits." This profound realization led me to a complete career and educational paradigm shift.

The Fundamental Shift: From Trainer to Manager:
I stopped being a trainer and became a Health Portfolio Manager. I combine science with a strategic asset management framework to help successful people build long-term Health Wealth.

My Commitment to Science and Strategy

My philosophy is simple: Your health should be an asset, not a liability, when you finally have the time and money to enjoy life.

I shift the focus from short-term performance gains to building the physical capital you need to cash in on the retirement you spent 40 years building.

This is not a clever marketing pitch: it’s a commitment to my fundamental re-education:

  • Degree in Functional Nutrition
  • Certifications in Longevity Coaching
  • Executive Program in Nutrition at Harvard University
I refuse to be just another fitness guy. I combine science with a proven framework to conduct a frank
and an honest audit of your nutrition, movement, and recovery.

At 68 years old, I am the walking, breathing embodiment of my philosophy. I am the ultimate case study, and the proof is right here. It is time to manage your health with the same strategic rigor you apply to your financial and professional life. Are you on track for a long and prosperous physical retirement, or are you headed for a potential bankruptcy?
